Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Failure to pay may result in liens or collection actions as permitted by law.
Warranties

Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel scheduled work, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may result in cancellation fees to cover our scheduling and material costs. Changes to the scope of work after we begin may affect pricing and timeline. We will provide updated estimates for approved changes.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or replacement of defective work as covered by our warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain insurance as required by law, and our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for our services.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue through discussion, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with Arizona law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.
